Hi! I read carefully your query and understand your concern. Well your blood pressure and heart beat are slightly over normal range. For your age the blood pressure should be 120/80 mmHg and your BP is slightly over it .The normal range for your heart beat is 60-100 and over 100 we call it tachycardia. Sometimes when you are stressed, anxious your heart beat faster and your blood pressure raise and I think this is what is happening to you.
If I were your treating doctor I would like to rule out hyperthyroidism(just in case) which is a condition that can cause this symptoms.I would send you to do a thyroid test(measurement of thyroid hormones in your blood ) and if your T3,T4 are high and your TSH is low than your symptoms are due to hyperthyroidism and you should go for further evaluation to find the right cause and get the right treatment. I repeat that this is just to be sure and to exclude this disease before I tell you not to worry. In my opinion this symptoms are due to stress and anxiety.
Hope I was able to help you. Take care. Dr.Rovena
