What Does 1.0 Thyroglobulin With Anti Tg Ab Suggest?

Low TSH ( .006), high T3 ( 439) and T4 (6.42) , Thyroglobulin Serum HIGH(111.) . Uptake scan suggest hyperthyroidism do to 33.6% uptake. The one test I cant figure out is the thyroglobolin with Anti -Tg ab test is 1.0 measured by the Beckman Coulter Methodology ...does this this test suggest graves disease

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have low TSH with high T3 and T4 so it suggest hyperthyroidism.
Anti thyroglobulin antibodies are seen in hashimotos thyroiditis, grave's disease, adenomatous hyperplasia and many other conditions also. But your other test suggest hyperthyroidism so it can be grave's disease.
You should go for ultrasound thyroid once to check any nodule in thyroid.
