What Do You Suggest For Stool Culture Test Containing Gram Negative Klebsiella Isolate With Typhoid When On Norflox?

my stool culture test contains gram negative klebsiella isolate in culture and its colony count of organism is greater than ten to the power of five for ml i am taking medicine of norflox -TZ from the last three days and i am having typhoid also please suggest a good medicine for this

Hi. Stool culture is a good thing to do- but clinical improvement is of more importance. Continue with Norflox TZ and add on inject-able Cetrixone and Amikacin if other tests are normal, like urea and creatinine.
