What Do You Suggest For Over Dosage Of Omeprazole?

I am prescribed to take one 20mg of omeprazole in the am and at dinner. I took my regular dosage for today but at bedtime, I was setting up my drugs for the next day and had the omeprazole capsules in my hand to put in the containers, my wife walked in and we started talking and without thinking about it, I took the capsules instead of putting them in the containers. What should I do

Omeprazole is an antacid. Nothing will happen with one extra capsule. At best you skip next dose of medicine. Nothing to worry.
