What Do You Suggest For Infection In My Gums With Nose Bleed?

I have had an infection in my gums on the bottom left side from my wisdom tooth for about 2 years or so now (i cant afford to pay thousands of dollars to see a specialist to get them removed) and for the past few months I have been getting nose bleeds (from the left nostril only) I will get a nose bleed probably 3 or 4 times a month...what does this mean?

well there can be one possibility i can think of, that the infected tooth is causing a sinus infection also and this is causing the nose bleed.
please , meet your doctor for examination and further treatment, thanks
