what is the priority nursing intervention of a patient with N-stemi who have signs of SOB, difficulty talking in full sentence and anxious after being admitted 2 days ago (notching the patient unhooked oxygen then went to the bathroom)?????-----(scenario is - patient is admitted with N-stemi and heart failure with pulmonary edema 2 days ago with increasing chest discomfort, SOB, nausea, tingling in her arms, was treat in ER with oxygen, aspirin, nitro and morphine, BP becomes stable, EKG revealed mild ST elevation, Troponin level 1.02 initially, heparin bolus IV, followed by heparin infusion. CXR shows pulmonary edema, given IV furosemide, inserted foley, then transferred to the ward to monitor in telemetry and angiogram, and also for possible angioplasty.
