What Do Visible Veins Under Tongue Indicate?
I am just curious.. I was watching tv when I randomly decided to look at my tongue haha.. I looked at the underside and I have 2 very visible vein streaks on both sides of my tongue.. They are dark purple. I heard that a healthy tongue is when you can barely see the veins underneath or not at all but mine are very apparent. Every other part of my tongue is healthy though I believe.. Can you tell me why my tongues veins are so visible?

The visible veins under your tongue is nothing but a varicose veins. These are the dilated veins and are not harmful. nothing to be panic, if there is any increase in size and if there is any bleeding, then consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. otherthan that no treatment is required as such.
