What Do Trace Tricuspid And Pulmonic Regurgitation Mean?

Results from a transthoracic Echocardiogram Study Report: Left ventricular cavity is normal in size. Diastolic filling with impaired relaxation pattern. Normal global wall motion. Normal systolic global function. Visual EF is 65-70%. Left atrial cavity is moderateluy dilated. Tricuspid valve structurally normal. Trace tricuspid regurgitation. Pulmonic valve structurally normal. Trace pulmonic regurgitation. Wearing a halter for 24 hours. From the above, what does this mean and what recourse do I have?

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you should not worry about your report. Your report is normal. And about trace puomonary and tricuspid regurgitation, nothing to worry as these can be seen in old age due to laxity of valves. If your age is more than 60 than these kind of valve regurgitation s are normal. No treatment or surgeries are required. So be relax about this report.
