What Do Thread Like Substance In Stool Indicate?

I have brown string like treads attached to my stool ..if I pull on them some more comes out ..almost feels like the treads are attached to something ..they are the same brown colour as my stool ..please advise if I need to get some worm medication to treat this Kind regards

You do have worm infestation in your intestine. Please get your stools tested to the type of worm infecting you. Medications can then be prescribed accordingly. Please keep your eating habits very clean and hygienic, to prevent re-infestation. Please consult a general physician who could see your stools report and prescribe the proper medication.
