What Do These Ultrasound Test Results Specify?

Hello my test results of sonar shows. My spleen is. Mildly enlarged 13.1. Cm and my liver is enlarged. 17 cm and shows moderate diffuse coarseing. No focal mass and my gallbladder appears normal without shadowing stone,focal wall thickening or pericholecystic fluid seen. No biliary duct filtration seen,the common bile duct measures 3mm both kidneys appear normal in size and echotexture,the right measures 12.5 cm in length and the left measures 14.0 cm in length. The pancreas head is unremarkable the body and tail are suboptimally seen. The abdominal aorta measures normally throughout the Vic is within normal limits. Impressions 1.hepatosplenomegaly 2.otherwise unremarkable abdominal ultra sound. Indications abdominal pain in different areas of abdomen. Also transabdominal probe findings the urinary bladder unremarkable distended. The uterus has been removed. No adnexal masses seen . the ovaries are not well seen . No free fluid is seen in the culdesac. Impressions 1. obscured bilateral ovaries 2.otherwise unremarkable pelvic ultraound,status post hysterectomy. No one did not explain this to me what does this mean?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
From the report that you posted it seems you have hepatic enlargement and splenic enlargement reason difficult to tell as you have not mentioned any symptoms or your complaints.
As for ovaries they are obscure means not seen well. It could be due to multiple reasons. Either bowel gas in front or some pathology in ovaries itself.
Your uterus has been removed hence post hysterectomy status.
Otherwise nothing much out of normal.
It is very important to know your complaints or symptoms so as to come to a diagnosis or atleast suspect some diagnosis.
If it is to be seen in detail a CT or MRI of abdomen will give a better picture of the abdomen.
