What Do These Following Urine And HVS Reports Indicate?

Hello, am a 44 year old woman with 4 children. Had severe lower abdomen pain and felt something was wrong with my private part. I also have severe pain in my back towards my ribs with headache and feeling cold above normal. I went to see the doctor and was made to have a lab test with urine and HVS samples. 1. The hvs has pus cell = 8/hpf, epith cells = 20/hpf, red blood cells = 0hpf and culture = Enterococcus faecalis isolated. 2. The urine has pus cell = 15/hpf, epith cells = 3/hpf red blood cells 0hpf and culture Enterococcus faecalis isolated. What do these mean?

The reports suggest Pelvic Inflammation and Urinary Tract Infection.It is fairly common problem,however,need to rule out local causes, which your doctor would have done.Antibiotic have to be used depends upon the local sensitivity of the strains.Usually two antibiotics and Metronidazole have to be used. please use it for 14 days. Along with these use a Probiotic like Bifilac, which will help mitigate the side effects of antibiotics. Essential to be evaluated for the cause like .. Vaginal discharge, infections of the uterus mouth ( cervix), anemia and diabetes.
