What Do These EKG Test Results For Chest Tightness Indicate?

I am a 41 year old active male. I had a heart screening as I was having some tightness in the chest (seemed to be acid reflux related but wanted to be sure). Here are my EKG readings: Rate 71, normal p axis, V-rate 50-99, PR 156, QRSD 104, QT 392, QTc 426, AXIS p 40, QRS 6, T 51, 12 Lead; Anything seem abnormal. Since the screening my chest pains have gotten drastically better. Thank you!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, most of the time it is due to hyperacidity only it is advisable to treat the condition for that only as the given EKG is not indicative of any cardiac elements if the symptoms persist then go for stress test hope this information helps.
