Hello dear,
According to your urine report you are suffering from Bacterial urinary tract infection.
If it is symptomatic you should start treatment for that infection.
First send your urine for culture so that identify particular bacteria.
So treatment for this is broad spectrum antibiotics against particular bacteria for 10-14 days.
If you are able to take orally then take fluroquinolone.
If it is not possible, take ceftazidime parentrally which is broad spectrum.
You should shift to oral therapy with in 72 hr as you able to tolerate oral drugs.
Follow up urine culture after 14 days to confirm the eradication bacteria..
Hope this advice help you..
Thank you.
