Hello and welcome to HCM,
The ultrasound of the pelvic organs suggests presence of a lesion measuring 7 mm in diameter.
The lesion lies in proximity to an already present fibroid in the uterine wall.
However, the 7 mm lesion is not well delineated so as to call it a fibroid.
You are suggested to repeat the ultrasound again after 3-6 months to see the status of the fibroid.
Fibroids are benign neoplastic proliferation of the myometrium or the muscle layer of uterus.
They are asymptomatic in majority of cases.
When symptomatic they can produce menstrual abnormalities.

Thanks and take care
