Hi Doctor,
I am on my 33 weeks of pregnancy, this my first baby and i am 25 yrs old.
On my ultrasound (31 weeks) a single live intrauterine fetus is seen in breech(frank) presentation with good somatic activty and has a loose single nuchal cord.Slighly biger during gastetion 4 oz.

Should i worry with this matter.

Frank breech at 31 weeks mean less chances of reversion to cephalic at term.....but this is not a cause of worry....it could just change the mode of delivery towards cesarean section.....loose coil of cord has no significance at this time
