What Do The Following Ultrasound Results Indicate?

My wife just left an ultrasound and was concerned with some of the results and is in panic mode. She had one 7 weeks ago and had 5 fibroids. She now has 6. Also her utereus was 200 but now is 271, could this gain be caused by new fibroid. But most concerning was her left ovary is 8.36 and right one is 4.04. What could cause this? She obviously is very worried it could be ovarian cancer.

Welcome to health care magic.

1.There is bulky uterus with multiple fibroids, there could be a new one raised or noticed newly, as when they are multiple its difficult to differentiate them separately.
2.There left ovary is bulky - but bulky ovary is not always a cancerous.
3.Thre nothing in description talking the features of malignancy / cancer so need not worry.
4.The best treatment of choice in this case is hysterectomy including ovaries.
5.Get a CT to check the lymph nodal status, and any spread of disease, if things support get operated. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
