What Do The Following Pap Smear Report Indicate?

hi, i hve gone thru pap smear test my report shows intermediate cells,few superficial cells changes of inflammatory background.intermediate cells present simply form groups in a background of inflammatory infeltate and rbc .enndocervical cells are not included in smear im confused what dose this means please help me and guide me

I really appreciate your concern, the report is not suggestive of any malignancy but it may be suggestive of some inflammatory process and it could be infection hope this information helps.
