Hi. I will start from your tredmil test results; it showed you have coronary artery desease, which means more coronary your arteries (they are vessels that supply heart with blood) have narrowed parts. So during exercise your heart muscle doesn't get enough blood supply. The reason for CAD is high cholesterol levels, smoking, non healthy lifestyle, heredity.
From your echo findings it seems you have high blood plessure. If there is long standing high blood pressure heart muscle works harder. So it gets ticker. Mildly dilated left atrium and impaired relaxation can be either from high blood pressure or from CAD.
You shouldn't worry much, but you should discuss with your doctor your treatment and surely lifstyle changes.
I hope I could answered the query.
I will be pleased to be of help for any further queries.
Have good health.
