What Do The Ekg Test Results Indicate?

I got my EKG done today & the results are OT/QTc: 420/453 ms! My Dr said my results have to be lower then 450 or he's gunna have to change my meds, i don't no how to read it so can u let me no if my results are ok so i'll know if my meds are going to be changed? Thz

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I think you should not worry much at present.
QTc interval prolongation is the cause for arrhythmia. So better to keep it below 450.
Since your value is 453,this is not great variation. It is just a minor variation.
So at present no modification of treatment is needed.
Better to get done ECG after 1-2 months. And recheck QTc level.
If raised then you may need change in treatment.
