Hello,

This episode may not be due to hypoglycemia. Because the blood sugar at the time was 108 mg/dl. In my opinion it may be due to any cardiac cause since it is associated with pain in the arm.
i would advice my patient to evaluate the cardiac status with ECG and ECHO and rule out any cardiac aliments.
