What Do Sticky Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Cramps Indicate?

Hi i had bacterial Vaginosis and after taking pills I did the vaginal treatment and I started bleeding after my last treatment which lasted approx a week, the treatment seemed to have worked, the smell was gone but now there is another smell but it s not fishy and I don t have discharge coming out but inside what there is there is pasty and I have belly cramps, last night it felt like my left ovary was sore like the eggs detaching but I just finishes bleeding last week, could I be starting my period again and was last week s bleeding caused by the treatment?

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Pasty discharge can be most likely due to yeast infection. After antibiotic therapy for bacterial vaginosis this can occur also. Using anti fungal creams like Miconazole will be helpful to clear this. Using intimate wash daily is good to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH also. If you still get cramps then better to have pelvic examination by Gynecologist, and ultrasound examination if necessary to rule out other problems like pelvic inflammation.
