What Do Small Impressions In Pelvic Region Indicate When Suffering From Cervical Cancer?

My sister got diagnosed with stage 2 b cervical cancer 6 months ago she's had radiotherapy and has been for her scan results this week to be told that they are not sure if the cancer has spread there are a few small things in the pelvic region that have shown up what else could they be thanks

AS SHE IS BEING TREATED FOR CANCER CERVIX, SECONDARIES NEED TO BE RULED OUT WITH PET SCAN...THEY CAN BE SMALL IFECTIVE MASSES OR CYST BUT SPREAD REMAINS THE MAJOR CONCERN.
