What Do Small Cuts On Penis After Intercourse Indicate?

My husband has been getting small cuts on his penis after sex. Neither of us have been sexually active with other partners and neither of us have STD s nor do we have a history of STD s. This started 2 months ago. Every time it heals and we have sex, it happens again. What could be causing this problem?

Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM
Cut after sex may not be caused by an STI or infection given the fact that it is recurrent and only after sex.Traumatic sex may be the cause.Since no other symptoms, i will suggest you try the following
-Enough foreplay before sex. This will help you to secrete and lubricate vagina and this will help reduce sex trauma that may cause cuts
-If you are at menopause, dry vagina may be managed before sex with sex lubricants
-Good genital hygiene
-Sex rest for cuts to heal
Hope this will help
Best regards
