What Do Small Bumps On The Upper Lip Indicate?

Hello I developed two small bumps on my top lip right in the middle and one of them has a small whole in the middle they hurt a little but I think they just bother me more because I fee as if my lip is a bit swollen in that area what could be the cause of this?

Thanks for the query..

It looks like you have bacterial infection on the lip leading to eruption of ulcers..
Pain, soreness and swelling is all due to infection..
So my suggestion is to consult an Oral or General Physician and get examined..
You need to take a course of oral antibiotics along with pain relievers.
Topical application of antiseptic ointment and cleaning the sores with antiseptic solution like Povidone Iodine will help in resolving it faster..
For now you can take anti-inflammatory pain relievers like Ibuprofen, and apply antiseptic ointment over it..
Do cool compresses for reducing swelling and pain..
