What Do Severe Headaches Indicate?

I have intermittent headaches located only on the top of my head....right side of center and about an inch or so from hairline (forehead). I can press on this spot and the throbbing subsides. I take meds for diabetes and HBP....do you think this is something I should be concerned with? Thanks Debbie Jones YYYY@YYYY

Hello welcome to the health care magic

You are among high risk group as you have hypertension as well as diabetes.

Check your blood pressure first.

Diabetes and Hypertension should be within limit by medication

If blood pressure very high and speech problem associated than further work up needed

Ear infection, smoking, lack of sleep, fasting etc are factors that can lead headache. So correct these factors if present

Hope your concern solved

Take care

Consult physician for examination
