What Do Resting Pulse Rate Of 90 And Palpitations Indicate?
I am a male, 46 yrs old 230lb post surgical SLAP tear repair 5 June. I m feeling unwell 10 days ago o contracted symptoms that made feel truly wretched. I am suffering from cold chills then hot flushes. My resting pulse is 90 bum and my breathing is rapid. I have a temperature of 38deg. I have been religiously taking 2x500 my paracetamol every 4/6hours. Ibuprofen 2x200mg 3 times daily. Lansoprasol 30 mg 1a day 2.5 bendraflumthiaside for kidney functions. I do have raised bp. I usually would wait to see the GP but I m feeling quite unwell. I do understand about fluid in put, I am consuming approximately 3 litres of water daily.

Hello Sir, you have fever and pain after surgery that indicates infection. You must get your blood checked (CBC, MP) and start taking antibiotics like levofloxacin.
