What Do Red Spots On The Feet And Ankles Indicate?

My husband, 57 yrs old with type 2 diabetes, stage 3 kidney disease and neuropathy along with other ailments just noticed red flat dots about the size of a pencil eraser on his feet tops, ankles and lower legs. They do not itch or hurt. What could they be?

hiii.they are normally present in people.but if you find more spots like that then check your platelet levels.decrease platelet levels can cause apots like this.
