What Do Red Blood Cells With Mild Anisocytosis In The Below Report Of A Pregnant Woman Indicate?

what does it mean with my blood smear result ? smears show dimorphic rcc micocytic and normocytic/hypochromic and normochromic rbc with mild anisocytosis and poikilocytosis. there are no nucleated rbc seen. wbc are mature platelets are adequate. I am 8 months pregnant.

It shows that rbc s vary in size. That is anisocytosis. It is mild iron deficiency which is in starting phase. Keep taking your haematinics and regular tests to be done for hb
