What Do Recurring Fatigue, Body Pain And Bleeding Mouth Indicate?
My husband IS 35 years old. He is a construction worker who has been experiencing fatigue, body aches/pain, and bleeding from the mouth on a nightly basis. This has been new for him the past few weeks. Apparently there is some major concern, because in the most part my husband is in good shape and health until recently.
Hello, Welcome to the HCM Brief...It could be tuberculosis or Dengue with decreased platelates. Detailed answer... Tubeculosis is bacterial infection which has long incubation period ( period without symptoms) and T.B can be in skin , bones, lungs etc Other cause can be viral fever Dengue or other previous viral infection which is causing low platelates. My opinion would be get some routine blood tests (C.B.C,liver function test, chest xray and mantoux test)done and discuss with your physician. Regards, Dr.Maheshwari
