What Do Recurring Dizziness, Tight Throat, Fatigue With Blurry Vision Mean?

Please help us. Doctors here in Alabama have no clue what is going on with my Fiance because all these symptoms are unheard of to have all at once. Below are all the symptoms in order Light headed/dizzy Tight throat Instant weak Blurred Vision Real pale Sweats alot Horrible upper stomach cramps Diarreah Vomit (Beginning to end, it is yellow, oil like, and foam) Temperature drops to low 90 s His heart races to 170 s and palputates And all of this only lasts for 6 hours! Then Its over and all except being weak, he is feeling great. And for some reason, these spells always happen at the same time. All three times its been at 1130am while he is at work. He has had 3 attacks in the past 3 months. First attack they said Heat Stroke and said his intestines looked inflamed but not to worry and that it was from all the diarreah, 2nd they said virus, this past week he went to another ER and they knew somthing was up and that there is something more serious. They have ran test. A1C came back normal. Endoscopy showed nothing that would be causing these symptoms but went ahead and took a biopsy of his intestines. They also did a sono of his stomach, all organs seemed normal. They then went on and did an Barium Contrast. That showed that his small bowel walls were thick. His white blood cells was up. But now we have to wait 2 weeks for results from these test. They said the answer to this is still going to be a million dollar question. Please help us!! And he has not been losing weight. He has actually gained weight.
