What Do Rashes On The Face And Chest Indicate?

47 year old man came in with rashes on face and chest and back after 48 hours at the bush,no fever, not itchy, runny nose and a bit coughs ,sweaty heaps, in PE chest clear no fever, bp stable 110/78 , no organomegaly, no LN, FBC WBC 10,000, CRP positive ESR normal, wait for other blood test results,

The runny nose with light cough with rashes suggest of contact with some allergen in the bush,might be plant,pollen or a allergic weed.
It is good that we have no systemic findings with all vitals normal.In such situation we can start a anti histaminic or anti allergen with a proper follow up.The rash can however be taken care of by a local lactocalamine application.
More over we must keep a watch on the patient for any further signs.
