What Do Pregnancy Ultrasound And Blood Test Findings Imply?

I am 27 years old. I have three healthy children. I was told I have a 1:9 chance of having a baby with downs. ( That is a combination of the ultrasound and blood) I do have hypertension this pregnancy but besides it has been an easy pregnancy thus far. Is there anything that can make those reults wrong or off. The ultrasound showed an average of 2.9mm.
