What Do Palpitations With Pressure Pulse In Head Indicate?

I have had palpitations for just over a year now but have gotten worse lately accompanied by a prussure pulse in my head .. also dead like pains in left hand arm etc ... I was supposed to go to my gp last year but I dont actually have one .. any ideas what it could be ?

Palpitations can be due to various reasons.
Related to cardiac problems, anxiety,anaemia,thyroid variations, stress,drugs,excess caffiene and many more.
Kindly get evaluated for all these factors.
