Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
From the findings of the ultrasound report you have shared is quite normal.
Nabothian cysts are tiny cysts that form on the surface of your cervix. They are filled with mucus, which is secreted by the cervical glands. They are generally harmless and usually disappear on their own.
The other features of endometrium, uterus position and myometrium appear to be normal.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.

Hi,
I have gone through your post,Nabothian cysts are considered harmless and usually disappear on their own, although some will persist indefinitely. Some women notice they appear and disappear in relation to their menstrual cycle. and seems to be your uterus size has increased so u should undergo biopsy of cyst which could be suggested by your gynae doctor.

hope it will help you
