What Do My X-ray Test Results Indicate?

I have so much pain in my knee. It seems to hurt more in the back. I recently had an X-ray and the diagnosis was Osseous demineralization. There is moderate to severe joint space narrowing within the medial compartment with associated marginal spurring. There is more mild degenerative changes within the lateral and patellofemoral compartments. There is mild prepare lost soft tissue swelling. It is sometimes difficult to walk with the knee feeling like it is locking up. What does this all mean?
