What Do Missed Periods, Pregnancy Symptoms And Negative Result In HPT Suggest?

.hello my question is I have a missed period of 8 days I have backache I have Nausea, I have sore tender boobs like around the nipple area I have to frequently go urinate and I ve been taking medicine for help for trying to conceive purposes I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative I wonder what else could be wrong or is it just too early to test it is a cheap brand what can I do? thanks in advance!

If the main concern here is pregnancy then the best test to confirm this is ultrasonography test, this is very accurate test can show presence of gestation sac in early phase too, hope this information helps, take care.
