fatty infiltration of liver is usually diet related, however, it can be familial.
grade II means in between mild and moderate. the patients need blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels to be done. fatty infiltration usually leads to enlargement in size, however, no so much.
simple ovarian cysts usually resolve by themselves.
bulky cervix should be further investigated by blood test since there are many causes of bulky cervix including both infections and malignancies.
