What Do Lower Back Pain, Tender Pelvic Area And Diarrhea Indicate?

I went to doctors beginning of week ,I took a urine sample as I was tender on left low side ,there wer white cells and blood in the sample but not enough for infection ,the sample got sent to the lab its come back clear .I have had diarrhoea,butnot after eating just once to twice a day sometimes 5 times a day .I have lower backache and im very tender to touch pelvic area ,what could be wrong

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms given here may not be due to any disease neither the frequency of diarrhea is due to this, just take care for hydration and no need to worry about this may take some time to come around else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
