What Do Little Lumps Inside The Nose Indicate?

ive noticed these little lumps that occasionally form inside my nose (specifically right off, on the side of or in the back of my septum). they look sort of like dried buggers, but obviously dont flick off as expected. some have flat heads while others cauliflower like shapes. ive only had a few, and only 1 at a time. i spotted the first one a year ago, picked it off, and another came a few months later. they do pick off without bleeding or pain, sort of like a thick callus. thanks for any advice!

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain little bumps inside the nostrils seems to be due to infection in the nostrils and can be due to:
-Bacterial infection causing Impetigo..
-It can also be due to viral infection causing Herpes [Herpatic cold sores]...
-Other causes can be Papilloma or nasal warts..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and nasal swab culture along with blood tests can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
In case of bacterial infection antibiotics can be advised..
In case of viral infection anti viral medications like Acyclovir, Valacyclovir, Famicyclovir etc can be advised..
You can also do saline nasal irrigation and also apply Petroleum jelly inside the nostrils to keep the mucosa lubricated and smooth.
