What Do Itchy Bumps On Body Indicate?

I keep randomly breaking out in itchy red blister like bumps on my body. Mainly on my arms and legs but had a few on my back and on my forehead. They go away after a few days and come back. Also intermittent joint pain in my knee, hip and elbow on my right side. Very tired all the time.

Hi

Development of itchy fluid filled blisters over the body could be suggestive of a blistering skin disorder .
keep the affected area clean and dry . Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the affected area twice daily . You might a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion tends to persist or increase.
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
For the joint pains ,see a physician .
