What Do Inferior Ischemia And Anteroseptal Myocardial Damage Mean?

Hi. I would like to know the meaning of the term inferior ischemia and anteroseptal myocardial damage, that are written on my ECG done 5 hours ago. I would like your answer ASASP so I have still time to go to hospital as the doctor that has done the ECG said that it is nothing alarming. Thank you.

Hello,
I think it is very concerning. Ischemia means the heart muscle is not getting enough blood flow. Anteroseptal myocardial damage means there has already been some damage, possibly a prior heart attack, to the heart muscle between the ventricles. You need further heart testing done by a cardiologist
