The growths in the colonoscopy report may be benign polyps or they may be a tumor which is bleeding and causing your dad to become anemic. However there has to be enough histopathological data to diagnose. They must have taken biopsies and sent them for histopath. Moreover the stomach lining thickening doesnt necessarily mean that he has a serious condition. Be patient. Have faith in God. Things will workout good for u.
