What Do Floaters In The Eyes Indicate?

While I was at work, it was very hot there not sure if that helps. I had a sudden onslaught of floaters in my vision and they were like ‘cobwebs’ if I remember correctly. This hasnt happened before and I had to go outside where they disappeared. It was only temporary and I only seem to experience this when I am in that workplace. I felt like fainting and also gagged with no reason whatsoever. I felt sick but after going outside I was fine and when I went home it was fine too. Also I was wondering if cellphone use can cause retinal detachment?

they are degenarative bodies from retina floating in vetrious. tobe kept under watch. fundus examination to exclude tear hole and peripheral detachment to be excluded consult retina surgeon for examination and consider aplication of laser rays to seal the probable detachment. other wise it can not be reduced or treated.
