What Do Fever, Frequent Urination And Lesion In Genitals Indicate?

I am a 23 year old female with slight fever (38.5c) frequent urination, burning on urination, vaginal discharge and a small lesion on the labia, my Urinanalysis revealed a pH of 8.2 some white cells and a few red blood cells. There was protein in the urine and a smear of the vaginal secretion showed a number of gram-negative cocci. Do i have gonorrhea ? UTI? vaginosis?

Probably it is UTI. Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted infection. Do u have any history of unprotected sex??
Advice
1.     Cefixime 100 mg every 12 hours per oral daily for 7 days
2.     Azithromycin 500 mg daily per oral for 3 days
3.     Paracetamol 500 mg per oral if fever occurs
4.     Syrup alkaline citrate 2 teaspoonful three times daily for 20 days
5.     Drink plenty of water to flush out bacteria
6.     Drink cranberry juice
7.     Do not hold your urine. Urinate when you feel
