What Do Dark And Dry Spots On Back Indicate?
I have blocked on my upper back, shoulders, and a couple spots on my neck. Sometimes it shows up kind of dark other times it's lighter but you can still see it. It's been there for at least the past two years I'm only 18 years only and a female. It's developed this dryer out looking texture when it's not real dark. What's wrong with me?
