What Do Brown Spots On The Body Indicate?

hi, i have a skin issue and i need help trying to identify what it could be. i have these brown spots just a bit darker then my actual skin color that spreads throughout my whole body, mostly upper body area up to my neck,back and torso. not really on my arms or legs. those parts of my skin tend to dry up, flake and itch really back at times. i dont know where or when i started getting them i just know one summer i was fine and the next i had it everywhere and from time to time it looks like its spreading even more. not sure if its curable but if it is i would like to have my normal skin back. thank you and hope to here from you soon

these can be moles deposit of melanin pigment they should be kept under watch should not be pampered their growth should be marked specially elevation. in that case onchologist should be consulted.
