Hello
welcome to hcm
im afraid to inform you that the brown speks are CLOTTED BLOOD PARTICLES and if cancer runs in your family then to be on the safer side you should get yourself screened urgently by getting following investigations
(1) XRAY OF CHEST

(2) CT SCAN

(3) BRONCHOSCOPY

once you get these tests done either send us a scanned copy of your reports or consult your doctor for the evaluation of your reports

regards
hcm
