What Do Back Pain And Bleeding After Intercourse Indicate?

I am bleeding orange red while on mierna I have had the id for a year and two months. I started bleeding after intercourse I checked for strings they are there just back pain vaginal bleeding and bloating I just had my period. Two weeks ago and again three weeks before that and I m worried that I need to have IUD removed

I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. It can be due to some vaginal infection. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that. It can be due to cervical pathology also. So, take the medicines first and see if there is the improvement or not. You might not need to remove the IUD.
