What Do Anisocytosis In The Below Blood Report Suggest?

Good Afternoon,I did a CBC blood test and the results are: My MCV is 75 which they said is low My MCH is 23 which they said is low My MCHC is 30 which they said is low My LYM is 40% which is high My MONO is 6% which is high There are Slight Anisocytosis and Poikilocytosis There are also few Microcytes and ovalocytes Should I be worried?

poikilocytosis = cells of different shape

the picture evident from your lab report is that you are suffering from iron deficiency anemia.
since you have not mentioned your hemoglobin level, i cant suggest you any treatment plan.
