What Do A Painful Neck And Occasional Dry Cough Indicate?

I had the flu over a week ago and feel that my symptoms have mostly resolved. However, I now have an achy neck that is bothersome with any movement and a dry occasional cough. This is causing me to feel run down. It has been about 4 days. What could it possibly be? No fever. Should I see a doctor?
